Celebrating the Poetry of Thomas Rain Crowe

04 Mar 2024 6:15 AM | Anonymous member

The first volume of New Rotvrier Review will contain poetry and an essay based on interviews with Furman graduate Thomas Rain Crowe.  His involvement in the second renaissance of beat poetry in San Francisco in the 1970s will be covered.  Also, his experiences through publication of over thirty books including  "Writing the Wind: A Celtic Resurgence," a book chosen as reading material for various Celtic studies programs, will be included in the first volume of the poetry magazine in May.

Our open reading period closes officially on March 20th.  The inclusion of more poets from South Carolina would be a plus for our Easley-based poetry magazine.  Please submit your work following the submission guidelines on our website.  We look forward to being amazed by you.
