"Voice" with Gary Jackson, hosted by Amber Wheeler Bacon

SPECIAL GUEST  Gary Jackson is the author of origin story (University of Mexico Press, Fall 2021) and Missing You, Metropolis (Graywolf Press, 2010), which was selected by Yusef Komunyakaa as winner of the 2009 Cave Canem Poetry Prize. He teaches in the MFA program at the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina.

 HOST Amber Wheeler Bacon is a writer, editor, teacher and   literacy coach. She has an MFA from the Bennington Writing   Seminars and is on the board of directors of the South Carolina   Writers Association. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming   in Five Points, Post Road, New Ohio   Review, Crazyhorse and Witness. Her story collection, We Were Vessels, was one of five finalists for Hub City Press’s C. Michael Curtis Short Story Book Prize. She is Assistant Fiction Editor at Four Way Review.
